This is the thing with the new rules:
IF you are over the soft cap at the time of the trade, you can only either:
A) Make money match (in this case IND is receiving 70.1m; giving out 51.9m, difference of 18.2m)
B) Utilize a SINGLE trade exception (they cannot be combined). IND does not have a trade exception totaling this dollar amount.
Therefore, IND cannot legally make this trade. Soft cap is $123,655,000. Indiana's payroll is currently at $125,072,626.
The trade has been vetoed.

I know these things aren't written into the rules just yet (waiting for the agent rules to be set so I can update everything) but that's how the rules effect this trade.
